ABOUT MATTHEW

Matthew Palmer began his career in the cargo industry in 2010 while working for Mercury Ground Handling at Los Angeles International Airport. It was during this time that Brian Santos & Matthew’s paths first crossed outside in the LAX warehouse, as Matthew regularly assisted Sound Moves with airfreight pallet builds for countless tours. From the beginning, I took note of Matthew’s exceptional attention to detail, helpful nature, humility, and strong work ethic. At Mercury, he served as a warehouse manager, responsible for ensuring all cargo was delivered planeside and properly loaded onto aircraft. In 2015, when an opening became available at Sound Moves, I reached out to Matthew and recruited him to join the Sound Moves SEAL Team. Following the pandemic, Matthew has continued his work in the industry with Band of Brothers, contributing off and on since 2022. Most recently, he assisted me with 747 cargo charters in Australia, as well as numerous pallet builds and cross-load operations across the United States.

Matthew is an outstanding addition to our Band of Brothers SEAL Team and consistently brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, long walks in nature, cooking, video games, and maintaining gratitude for his physical health.

I look forward to working with Matthew on many future projects and traveling alongside him and our team on overseas assignments.
